One of the major antagonists from Tekken: Bloodline, Kazuya Mishima, is evil in its purest form. Also known as Devil Kazuya because of his devilish side, which reveals when he’s fighting, Kazuya is someone to be truly afraid of.
Kazuya is the son of Heihachi Mishima, another major antagonist of the anime. As it is stated in the anime, “the Mishima bloodline is tainted.” Kazuya carries something horrifying inside him called the Devil gene.
Kazuya as a child, was gentle and caring, but after Heihachi murdered his mother in cold blood. Kazuya bursts into a fit of rage and hatred and releases the devil gene, which transforms his outward appearance into resembling a true devil with red eyes and changes his personality into a mindless beast who only knows how to crush his opponents.
Kazuya, being a Mishima, does not hold back in any of his fights. He believes that just defeating his opponents isn’t enough and feels the need to either kill them or wound them so badly that they don’t fight ever again.

Next in the list, we have the main antagonist of Fullmetal Alchemist. Father, also known as the “Dwarf in the flask,” is the oldest homunculus and the creator of all other homunculi. Created from the blood of Van Hohenheim, Father possesses all the knowledge from the “eye” and has only one goal, and that is to become the absolute superior or god himself.
He also seeks to gain ultimate knowledge by consuming human souls to reach his “perfect form.” He came close to sacrificing a whole continent once just to achieve his goal. Father is extremely powerful, immortal, and has the ability to control all matter.

One of the best fighting games turned into an anime and brought along with it the final boss. Ogre is the main antagonist of the anime Tekken: Bloodline and is a truly fearsome foe. Ogre is a tall, muscular green colored monster whose existence is still a mystery in the anime. Oger is a master of martial arts and is really strong.
He does not fight weak opponents and remains hidden until a strong fighter appears in the world. He is the one who killed the mother of Jin Kazama, the protagonist of Tekken: Bloodline causing him to become a professional martial artist in hopes that he could take revenge someday.

If you don’t hate this man, then I hate you. Shou Tucker is a major antagonist in the anime Fullmetal Alchemist. Now you might be guessing what Shou did, genocide?murder?manipulation?torture? The answer is no. What Tucker did is beyond everything.
Shou Tucker is one of the most hated anime characters of all time. He is a deplorable human being and is borderline insane. He blended his dog with his own daughter to create a new hybrid creature, causing them immense pain and suffering, and when he was asked to give a reason, he smiled and said, “sacrifices are needed for science.” Suppose you want to see a not just evil but heinous villain in anime. Then Shou Tucker is your pick, but don’t say that I didn’t warn you.
6. Gilgamesh
From the Fate/Zero series, Gilgamesh is an archer-class summon of Tokiomi Toosaka. Gilgamesh is an enigmatic and handsome man who carries himself with the utmost discretion. Unlike any other summon in the anime, Gilgamesh openly rejects the commands of his master as he deems that a lowly mortal could never command him. Gilgamesh is based upon a historical legend of a ruler named Gilgamesh.
He is a fearless man who doesn’t even agree with the gods and laughs at them. Another strongest ability of Gilgamesh is his collection of thousands of noble phantasm, while all the other summons only have one noble phantasm. Gilgamesh has the desire to achieve immortality so that he doesn’t ever get defeated, and he goes to great lengths to achieve that.

From Hellsing ultimate, we have a true war fanatic called Major. He is a SS in World War II. He literally works for Hitler himself, which is everything one needs to know about how evil Major is. Major isn’t just a Nazi. He takes it a step further by using his intelligence to create an army of Nazi vampires.
He is someone who will go to any lengths to make sure his country wins the war. But it is later revealed that his true motive was something really terrifying. His motive was to make a world where he could enjoy war and destruction at all times. Major has killed 3 million people just for fun, and he keeps modifying his own body so that he can stay young and keep enjoying wars that are truly evil.

4. Eren Yeager
In Attack on Titan, Eren Yeager is a character who is considered a villain and a hero by some, but if we look at his actions, then it is quite clear that no matter what his objectives are, the acts done by Eren are truly evil and cruel. Winner of the Crunchyroll Best Antagonist award of 2021, Eren Yeager is the protagonist and antagonist of the anime.
He is shown as a kind and caring person at the start of the anime, but it all changes when he masters his titan abilities and gets the power to manipulate the past itself. He seeks revenge on the whole world for treating the Eldians as outcasts and trying to eliminate them.
From Eren’s and Eldian’s perspectives, he is doing the right thing by eliminating the people against them, but for the rest of the world, he’s nothing less than a monster. If Eren succeeds in achieving his goals, he will have killed billions of people, which is not something a hero would ever do.

Entering the top 3, we have Frieza from the Dragon ball series. Frieza is one of the oldest villains in Dragon ball and even anime as a whole. He is a ruthless killer and a cold-hearted person. Frieza, often referred to as the Emperor of the universe, is the main antagonist of the whole Dragon ball series.
He is so strong that he never trains and still holds power to destroy planets with just his finger. Freiza also once ruled over the Saiyans and was the one responsible for the destruction of their planet.
After getting defeated by Son Goku, Frieza starts to train and gets even stronger. He tests his strength on his own army by killing them in one blow. Frieza loves to torture and play with his opponents and is truly one of the most menacing villains of all time.

In the 2nd place, we have one of the major antagonists from Bleach. The charismatic and handsome Sosuke Aizen. Regarded as the most charming anime villain of all time, Aizen is nothing short of evil.
Aizen is smart, cunning, strong, and deceitful. His manipulation skills and knowledge are second to one, and he successfully manipulated soul society for hundreds of years, making them believe that he was a good person.
The goal of Aizen is to become the perfect being, someone who transcends hollows and soul reapers and becomes strong than anyone else. After that, he wants to overthrow the soul king and become the ruler of the soul society to set up the perfect world.
Even though many people support Aizen’s goals, it doesn’t change the fact that he is a merciless killer. He was able to take down all captains of Gotei 13 at once, proving his might, and he also kills his comrades if he thinks that they are no longer useful to him. All these reasons make Aizen one of the evilest yet well-written characters in all anime.

At number 1, we have the monster from the anime named monster. Johan Liebert is the greatest and most evil anime villain of all time. Johan does not have some fancy superpowers and strengths like many other villains on this li, st and yet he is the evilest because of his extreme manipulation skills. He could befriend someone, get all information about them, and destroy them, all without them knowing.
Johan does not express emotions that keep viewers guessing as to what his next move would be, and he is a nihilistic psychopath who loves to play with people’s emotions and lives for his own entertainment.
